Biggerstaff is a family name. Our food is New American with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients and slow-smoked food. We brew modern, traditional and unconventional beers.
Our Executive Chef is Al McClendon, who worked at fine establishments such as Tiny Lou's, Two Urban Licks, the Painted Pin and the Painted Duck.
Our Head Brewer is Ian Brown. Ian was previously at Southern Brewing Company in Athens, GA and Charles Towne Fermentory in Charleston, SC.
